ANMOL SHRUSTI was formed in the year 1996 by the members of Agarshans family. AGARSHANS, a pioneer in the field of construction with a name synonymous in this field, between the years 1970 and 1990 developed properties for Valuable clients that includes RBI, UTI, ITC, DMK charities, NABARD etc. We have also erected various land mark buildings in Chennai city, like “SINGAPORE PLAZA” a unique commercial complex of 400 shops at Parry’s corner. “BAY VIEW APARTMENT” a Residential colony of 150 flats in Besant Nagar in the mid 80's, and “ANNA ARIVALAYAM” an imposing structure in Mount Road.
With the blessings of the Agarshans family “ANMOL SHRUSTI” began its goodwill mission with an aim of providing an all round service in the field of construction at a very reasonable cost and complete transparency in all dealings. Without any prejudice we maintained very good relationship with land owners, business associates, customers and officials.
